Guaranty Exterminating Company was founded by Orville G. Hendryx in April, 1961. In 1971, Mr Hendryx's daughter, Ginger Cheryl Hendryx, married Larry J. Tate and within a couple of years, they purchased the company from Mr. Hendryx. In the summer of 1978, Larry's father, James E. Tate, retired from the South Western Bell Telephone Company. Too young to sit around, he joined Larry as a partner. Guaranty Exterminating Company was incorporated in December, 1978. In March, 1993, James Tate decided to retire for good and left the company, leaving Larry and Ginger sole stockholders.
 Guaranty is known for its outstanding pest control service. The company has always taken pride in its employees and customer statisfaction. As pest control companies have come and gone, Guaranty has been a stable and reliable company in the Metropolitan Tulsa area.
As environmental concerns have come to the forefront, Guaranty Exterminating Company has kept on top of all new chemicals and treatments on the market.
Guaranty Exterminating Company does Commercial, Real Estate, and Residential work in the Greater Tulsa Area, and the customer's needs and concerns are the company's number one priority.
